Privacy

RunStickers is built around your activities and the artwork you create. We try to collect only what we need to run the product and to sync your data across devices.

What we may process

• Account information — identifiers from sign-in providers (for example Apple or Google), plus optional profile fields they share, so you can sign in and we can support your account.
• Workout and route data — things like timing, distance, activity type, and the path you took—the information we need to draw your stickers and your collection.
• Generated media — images you create in the app for display and sharing.
• Device and diagnostics — app version and limited technical data to improve quality, when needed.
• Linked accounts — when you connect optional partners (for example Strava or Intervals.icu), we keep what’s necessary for those links to stay active until you turn them off.

Location sensitivity

Your route history can reveal where you have been. We treat that as sensitive location-related information and aim to handle it carefully.

Retention

How long we keep different categories depends on product settings and whether data lives only on your device or is synced. We align retention with account lifecycle (for example deletion) and backup policies. Specific retention periods may evolve as the product approaches launch.

Security (baseline)

• Encrypted connections between the app and our systems.
• Careful limits on internal access to account data and integration details.
• Sensible safeguards for stored files—including short-lived links when we need to show or export your stickers.

Your choices

We intend to support export of your data where practical and to honor deletion requests in line with how sync and offline storage work. Exact controls will be available in the app as we approach general availability.

Agreement

By accessing or using RunStickers (including any preview or beta), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

RunStickers lets you create and collect stickers from your athletic activities. Features, availability, and performance may change at any time during development.

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law, harass others, or misuse the service—for example by overloading it or working around protections meant for everyday users.
• You are responsible for content you create and share, including ensuring you have rights to any underlying activity data.

Third-party services

Optional integrations may connect to third parties (for example activity platforms). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
